Milo Yiannopoulos Deported – A Foreign Agent Here Illegally
Milo Yiannopoulos was deported to the United Kingdom on August 29, 2026, one day after ICE arrested him at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. An immigration judge had ordered him removed in absentia on July 22 after he failed to appear at his hearing. DHS records show his last lawful entry was May 14, 2019. On April 2, 2025 — with no lawful status — he filed a short-form registration under the Foreign Agents Registration Act as senior partner of Earhart Turner LLC, registration number 7565, representing the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The compensation line on his own filing reads $1,000,000 per six months, against a reported $5 million contract that Kinshasa suspended about a week later. The registrant’s president and 72.5% owner is Karen Giorno, the former Trump 2016 aide whom Yiannopoulos persuaded to drive Ye to Mar-a-Lago for the November 22, 2022 dinner with Nick Fuentes. He first entered on an O-1 “extraordinary ability” visa sponsored by Breitbart News, when its executive chairman was Steve Bannon; when he resigned from Breitbart on February 21, 2017, DHS issued a Notice of Intent to Revoke that visa on March 14, citing his departure.
None of that is why he was removed. He was removed for missing a hearing. That is the part worth sitting with. A foreign national spent twelve years inside American political operations — a campus tour, a congressional internship, a presidential campaign that paid him $40,000 in FEC-reported disbursements, a foreign government on a Justice Department filing — and the instrument that finally worked was the same one that works on a lapsed tourist. This is the pattern this channel keeps returning to: the United States has never built a functioning tool for a foreigner working its politics, so it reaches for the substitute charge, the paperwork violation, the status problem. Seven Foreign Agents Registration Act prosecutions in forty-nine years is not a record of enforcement; it is a record of avoidance. The question to watch is not whether he comes back. It is how many people are currently doing the same work, on the same authority — none — and what happens the next time the only available answer is an immigration form.
