A 2026 prospectus for institutional subscribers.

15 pages · 2026 series: four quarterly briefs

The Systemics Quarterly Brief is Competitive Futures’ quarterly intelligence publication for institutional subscribers. It compresses our daily intelligence work into a brief you can read in an hour and reference for ninety days. Each edition reports what changed in our clients’ strategic environment and places each event inside an analytical framework that tells you whether the change is durable. The theme of the 2026 series is the global shift from a rules-based order to an enforcement-based order: which crimes are now prosecuted, which levers nation-states are willing to pull, and how much further the enforcement perimeter has to expand.

The prospectus lays out how the Brief is built. It covers our Systemics and Operations model, which reads the systems and counts the actions taken inside them. It walks through the three nested cycles we use to place a domain in its sequence, from the Systemics Disruptive Evolutionary Cycle to the Prosecution Immunity Decay Cycle. It sets out our ten-year track record on foreign interference and digital assets and the six themes of our main thesis for the global accountability phase. It also describes the subscription tiers, from the published Brief to monthly counsel with the Executive Director, and the custom intelligence engagements available on request.
