Mohammed Yunus: The solution is humane capitalism
One of the greatest successes of economic development has been Mohammed Yunus’ Grameen Bank and its microcredit. Richly deserving his Nobel Prize, Yunus proved that market mechanisms work wonders in bringing people out of poverty, provided those mechanisms are on a human scale, encouraging connections and society cohesiveness.
